How we handle your data
AKUEB Hub collects the minimum needed to give you a saved account, a working contact inbox and personal MCQ progress. Here is exactly what that means — in plain language.
In short
- We collect email and name on sign-in, contact form details, and your own MCQ scores.
- We never ask for roll numbers, birth dates or exam marks — those stay with AKU-EB.
- We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or third parties.
When you sign in
You can sign in with an email and password, or with Google. We record your email address and the name you give your account, and the login provider keeps its own record of the sign-in event. We never ask for your AKU-EB roll number, date of birth or exam marks — those belong to the board, not us.
- Your email is used to identify your account and, if you contact us, to reply.
- An account lets the site remember your MCQ scores and your download history so you can pick up where you left off.
- Passwords are held by our authentication provider, not stored in plain text anywhere we can read.
Contact form messages
When you submit the contact form we store the name, email, topic and message you type, plus the date. If you are signed in, your message is also linked to your account so the site owner can see who wrote in.
- Messages are readable only by the site administrator from the dashboard.
- Replies happen manually by email — no automated messages are sent to you.
- We do not publish, sell or share your name or email with anyone else.
MCQ solver scores
Each time you finish a practice set in the MCQ Solver, the site records your account, the class and subject you practised, the number you answered correctly and the total questions. This is used only to show your own progress on your student dashboard.
- Scores are tied to your signed-in account and are visible to you and the site administrator.
- They are never shown to other students or made public.
- Anonymous practice (while signed out) is not recorded at all.
Storage, security and your choices
Account details, contact messages and MCQ scores are held by our backend provider under row-level access controls — your data is visible to you and the site administrator, not to other visitors. Uploaded study files (past papers, notes) are stored separately and are public to browse and download, but they do not contain your personal data.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your account data at any time. Because everything is handled manually by the site owner, just send a message through the contact page and it will be actioned. Deleting your account removes your MCQ scores and download history; contact messages you sent before deletion are retained only so the site owner can finish replying, and are then deleted.
This policy may change as the site grows. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. It was last reviewed in September 2026.
